Phil Ochs There but for Fortune by pbs american masters - DVD never released in this country , although I have a copy - it is region 1 only..
A bootleg copy is now available in the UK on You Tube if you want to watch it - viewing time 1 hour 25 minutes posted by Buddy from Brooklyn.
